The stamping and drawing oil K6000 series is blended with highly refined mineral oil, neutral fat and special additives. It contains special lubricating and extreme pressure additives to improve the service life of the mold, and the anti-rust agent can extend the anti-rust period after processing. It is used for stamping, drawing and forming of ferrous metals, especially for deep drawing of stainless steel plates, and for other general drawing purposes of steel and heat-resistant steel.

Product application
K6000 shall be used for light load processing of stainless steel and hard-to-machine metals;

K6002 and K6003 are used for heavy load processing of stainless steel and hard to process metals, and for deep drawing, stamping, pressing plate and forming of thicker metals, so as to obtain satisfactory processing products and smooth operation process flow.
